Hi, I'm Risinu Silva.

Full-Stack Developer & Software Engineering Student

I'm Risinu Silva (risinsilv), currently working as a full-stack developer intern at Ceylon X and contributing as a backend developer at Vizualabs. My work spans HR and employee self-service platforms, restaurant business management systems, and full-stack web development.

I believe in learning by building. Every project in my portfolio started as a real problem to solve: a travel planner, a peer feedback platform, a library manager, and an e-commerce store. I ship working software, deploy to production, and iterate from feedback.

When I'm not coding, I'm exploring new frameworks, contributing to open source, and sharpening my skills in Java, TypeScript, and cloud deployment.

  • Developed and maintained HR and Employee Self-Service systems for enterprise clients including 3S Fabrications (Pvt) Ltd, Sparkle Laundry, AtlasTalent, and internal CeylonX platforms.
  • Collaborated with QA teams, developers, and clients to deliver features, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure accurate HR and payroll workflows.
  • Designed and integrated REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT, Firebase) to support secure HR operations.
  • Implemented full-stack features including leave management, gate pass systems, loan/advance management, and employee dashboards.
